H20 Shisha Lounge

We went as a group of girls. I would say thia place is the best in coventry . Interior is marvellous, food is so tastey & hot when been served . Food is proper fresh .Services are great . Manager was so good he has been coming to our table to ask if we need anything else.i would definately recomend everyone to visit this place .

First time I have come here and I was so pleased and happy with our experience. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing (compliments to the chef) and overall it was a really great place and atmosphere. The decor is sensational and the music was such a good mix. Great service from the get go .. welcomed in and shown to our table from a lovely member of staff! This makes all the difference to your time anywhere! 5⭐️ I opted for the Chicken Parmesan and it was lush.. already thinking about going back so I can eat it again! 😋I got a blueberry 🫐 cocktail which was ok .. I think these are very pricey for what you get! £9.95 and they don’t serve tap water :( The atmosphere was lovely 🥰 Decor is beautiful 10/10!!

There is limited parking outside but it fills up pretty quickly. Inside is very... Atmospheric. Low lighting, lots of sections and different areas. Once your eyes adjust to the light there are some nice touches, e.g. the glass birds suspended from the ceiling glow slightly in pulses. Lots of bling everywhere, definitely a Dubai vibe going on. Be aware that people order Sheesha to the table so you are likely to get enveloped in clouds of smoke. Speaking of ordering, the menu is via a QR code on the table but only 1 side of the cube takes you to the menu, the rest are links to social media sites (so 2022 :) ) We just had dessert and it was a step up from the usual brownies and waffles. If the rest of the menu is as good then I would recommend this place. Service charge is added by default to the bill. We went mid week, early evening and it was still quite busy but not too noisy. Some new restaurants seem to think that noisy is better but I prefer to be able to talk to the people at my table (yes I'm old!). Bottom line, I would probably go again, and there aren't too many posh (expensive) restaurants I'd say that about.

🅿️ Parking: they do have a car park right outside however it is not owned by them so it’s paid 🚘 Delivery: I don’t think they are available for delivery just eat in. 🍴What I ordered: * ‘Chicken Parmesan’ which was served on a bed of palm salad served with a side of chunky chips. (£23:00) * ‘Jalapeño Cheese Cream’ (£5:99) * ‘Blue Margarita Mocktail’ (£9:99) ❗️Other: had been wanting to come here for the longest and finally ticked off. We pre booked as know how busy the place gets ..tried booking on online system and had multiple issues so ended up calling and booking instead. Place is very aesthetic, food is decent. Their are 3 different seating areas - just food, inside the palm (the main) bit and then a food and shisha area - you are unable to choose this on the booking which is kind of annoying as you may not get in the best spot just luck. The place also sell shisha however we didn’t smoke just ate their.

The atmosphere was nice, the place looked really expensive and is great for taking pictures however the food wasn’t the best, the Parmesan chicken lacked flavour, tasted like plain chicken and the portion size wasn’t worth 23 quid, there was nothing that stood out and the Mac and cheese tasted a bit funny almost like a burnt taste to it. Let’s just the food was okay. One of the servers was very quick to move the food off of our table! Don’t think I’ll come here again unfortunately

They really take care of you at Palm by H20. The food was delicious and when we were done, they brought a new dish that they were working on and served it to our group on the house. We also received a generous discount by the owner of the restaurant. So all in all, good vibes, good food.. would recommend!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Wow. We visited Friday evening for our anniversary. The decor is stunning. There’s a little bit of ceremony, as the young lady at the reception desk walked us to our table. Asking how we were, and had we had a good day. Immediately felt welcomed and valued. It’s very hard to describe the decor, other than stunning. Mood lighting and ceiling decoration, that we later found out related to areas of the restaurant, and cute little lamps on each table add to the experience. We were sat by some bi-fold doors that opened onto a lovely living wall. The staff are so attentive and polite, we had our order taken and drinks served very quickly. The food is gorgeous. I had the hummus and the hubby the pani puri. Oriental fish and pasta for mains and desert, oh my stars the deserts are fabulous! You have your table for a maximum for 2 hours which we thought was quite a long time. It flew by. The atmosphere is so relaxed, we felt like we were on holiday. Palm has created an ambience that actually takes you away. Couldn’t fault it, at all, and can’t wait to go back.
