Typical McDonald's, straightforward and simple, the staff are friendly and helpful.

We visited here on the way back from a Guide Dog fundraising event. The staff were very efficient and welcoming. The food was up to McDonald's usual standard.
The staff worked hard to keep the floor and tables clean ready for new customers. We had two Guide Dog puppies in training with us and they were accepted and once they were settled under the table, no-one actually knew they were there, while we ate.

We came in for lunch a couple of weeks ago. Our food was served quickly to our table despite it being quite busy, the restaurant itself was clean sand tidy and the staff were really friendly. Overall a good experience.

Service was OK, a little slow but waiting could have been helped if the order/service screen inside was working. Sometimes the number was hard to hear when called out.
Very busy on 15/8/23 at 8pm.
Plenty of places to sit to eat indoors and outdoors.
Clean and toilets clean, but by 9.30 bins were very full.

At the times we tend to visit, early afternoon for a late lunch, this place isn't overcrowded and the service is quicker than other sites in Coventry. Usually clean and tidy with nice, pleasant and efficient staff.

Drive through can be quick and easy choice when the site not too busy. But ensure your order is correct before you drive away as mistakes can happen.
If you have the time eat inside if you want it nice and hot.
