Stopped in for a quick drink on a fresh autumnal day. It was very busy with some seats available. We were served quickly whilst some of our party found a table. The staff were pleasant and courteous and dealt with our order promptly. The cafe is situated in the lovely war memorial park which is clean and tidy with no rubbish around the park which is nice. Sadly the only unfortunate points were the last available table we found was dirty, with brown sauce on, we cleaned it and the rear of the kitchen had a huge pile of rubbish awaiting to go to the tip I imagine as it was in a cart. It wasnt smelly but it was unsightly and spoiled an otherwise lovely view.

Lovely bunch of ladies serving up drinks and food ...we have the carrot and pistachio cake that's juicy and tasty .. we may have to try out a cooked breakfast as they do look good ...

Good coffee, quite a wait if it's busy. Mostly friendly staff - one coffee order they forgot to add milk but it was rectified quickly.
