Tasty and fresh food with lovely staff. It's my favourite take-away in Coventry. Service with a smile! Some negative reviews are based on them not accepting card which is incredibly silly, there is a free cash machine across the road. I like to go here often to keep these honest little businesses alive and recommend others give them a go too. Prices are very reasonable and perfect portion size, under £10 a head.

I don't have any complaints but I wish they'd accept card payments because I would buy food from Kan San more frequently if they did.

Very good Chinese takeaway with lots on offer and good prices. With set meals of all sizes. Portions are good and have plenty in the dishes. I have tried many different meals here and always been satisfied. It can get busy at peak times and over the weekend. With not much parking it can be awkward to find somewhere to leave the car.
Enjoyable food, great value and friendly staff
I've tried Chinese food all over the place, but I have to say this is the best take away by far. Food is always great, and the staff are always welcoming, especially to families. My family have ordered from here since my kid brother was a baby, and they would always give him some sweets. He's now an adult - old enough to have kids of his own - and whenever we're back home and order from Kan San they still give him sweets! Kan San is just the best.
The Kan San, what can I say, but it is simply the best Chinese takeaway in Coventry. Having lived in Cov all my life and frequented many places, I can safely say that in 25 years of coming to the Kan San, I’ve always had a great meal. Their curry sauce is thick, spicy and just superb. I’ve worked my way through their menu over the years and my favourite is the chicken and mushroom curry. Also they are fast and efficient with good prices.
Nice takeaway. Recommended. Being vegetarian it would be nice if they introduced tofu on the menu.
