A huge warehouse full of goodies, essentials and not so essential stuff with a cheap cafe (more like a factory canteen). Lots of choice, some things are much cheaper than a standard supermarket but not all. Probably worth the £30/year membership fee. 👍✔️

Joined today, mainly for the cheaper fuel, but went to collect my membership card and have a look see.
The staff at the door and customer service desk were all very friendly, helpful and extremely polite.
Collecting my card was a quick process I showed them the email, as I had signed up online, and the required ID (my work ID and photo ID) they took my photo and handed me my membership card. The whole process only took a few minutes.
Then I took a stroll around, you have to scan your membership card at the entrance (I was told that's to make sure it's your membership card you're using) the selection of goods is impressive and the prices are substantially cheaper.
I noticed, for example, 1l maple syrup that is £16 on Amazon is £9.79 here.
I then tried the food court. I had a hotdog for £1.50 but that includes a drink (that you can refill for free) and a double chicken sandwich for £4. something. The hotdog was okay but the chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce and 4 slices of cheese was a bit of a disappointment as the bottom half of the bun was ice cold.
But that's bound to happen when you only have 1 person serving customers, and there's always a queue several people deep) I guess.
The lady was friendly and engaged well with all customers especially the children and was worked off her feet.
Give her a pay pay rise and/or hire more staff is my suggestion.
Love to visit. Always buying petrol in Costco as the prices are very competitive. Good quality products available. After months and months my favourite marinara sauce is back in stock! Absolutely happy about this!
Bought my 4 tyres in the Tyre Bay. The staff are professional and very calm. Sometimes I was really amazed how some members are disrespectful towards tyre bay employees but they all act professionally and respectfully. All the members should read Costco policies before buying anything prior, so they don’t rage on poor employees afterwards.
Once you have a pass (from around £28 for a single person) you can enter the warehouse. It is big and full of all kinds of things from household items, clothes, toiletries, electronics to seasonal products. There is some very nice fresh meat and veg, bakery items and then lots of other grocery items. Go with a list and try not to impulse buy as it might get expensive. Some very good value items 🙂
Nice store, not really amazing considering all the time there are same items, nothing new. Really good for those who eats lots of sweets and drink ( not for me ). Petrol station is always cheap, the all coventry petrol station, but surprising 10p more expensive than Costco Birmingham ( probably due to the quantity sold ). The fuel is quite decent the car is running good with no problems ( better then other supermarket petrol stations). The only bad think i will say is the petrol station is not opened 24h or at least a long time . The prices are quite similars with other supermarkets the only thing is seems the quality is way better. The only thing is the quantity you have to buy it, but considering is for traders it is what it is.
I am so sad I can not find the sparkling water anymore. ( kirkland ). The mineral water is having an amazing price for the quantity.
Seems without 200£ without filling the fuel tank is not really worth it to go:).
Went shopping and was treated like a king. One employee in particular, Gregory, can be identified as a tall long figure in the car park, is always happy to take your trolley and will follow you around like royalty. Absolutely lovely service from Gregor my largest son at CostCo Coventry, 10/10 would shop there again.

Unique options for some of the products. But you have to buy big packets or more quantity. Food court is also good.
Generally good and recommend if you want to buy in bulk. Sometimes it may be cheaper in other supermarkets. Unfortunately quality of some of fruits have declined over the last year or so.
Great parking with decent sized spaces like you're in the USA. Grab a trolley, get beeped into the store with your membership card, and off you go. I recommend consulting Google as you go around the store as not everything is a bargain. However, there are plenty of bargains to be had. Great for seasonal products, too. Regular queues at the checkout, the fast food checkout, and the leaving checkout make me reduce the experience to 4 stars.
The hot food outlet is great, but the queues are off-putting!
