Fresh Coffee Co.

There wasn’t any panini bread but the staff made me the same thing as a sandwich :)! Very nice and quiet environment with music that isn’t too loud. As someone who enjoys time by myself, this is a great hide-out and a good place for a coffee and a good book. Would recommend for anyone who needs some time away from the hustle and bustle of the world.

A hidden gem. I work at Warwick University and regularly eat here, 3 or 4 times a week. Coffee is excellent and the food is tasty and very competitively priced. A good range of sandwiches, jacket potatoes with various fillings and cakes (I particularly like the coffee cake). Unfortunately, it is slightly off the beaten track and gets limited passing trade. I recommend this to any Warwick University who have a hour for lunch and fancy a 35 minute walk (there and back) and food which is far more competitively priced and (in my view) better than any available on campus.

I never review coffee places or cafés since they're pretty bog-standard; average coffee and mildy flavoured food at prices you wince at hearing. But this place is lovely, so the review is justified. The coffee is earthy, hot and not overly bitter, and you can actually taste the syrup rather than it just being sugar juice. I've only ever had their "custom sandwich" in which you decide the fillings. I ordered one once and accidentally left it in a car for 5 hours; it still tasted fresher than subway at a 1/3 of the price. They aren't stingy with the meats/main fillings, the vegetables are fresh and fill up whichever carbohydrate you choose. To sum it up, the coffee is enjoyable, the food is a credit to the café and you're always served with a smile and a thank you, not to mention the prices are a god-send compared to the mainstream companies.
