Good (albeit basic) food. Was seeing a relative in hopital, and had some food from here, was standard KFC food

I've eaten here numerous times over the years and it is one of the very few KFC branches that serve hot, properly cooked chips.
The staff are friendly and the chicken and other items on the menu are the usual KFC quality.

Much better service than mc d the city cafe is over two floors with lots of steps not really suitable for wheelchairs .fast tasty food served quickly fair sized portions. At fair prices The only gripe I personally have is the coffee which is served at the same temperature as the sun ( very very hot)

There is 2 or 3 in Coventry. The one in the mall is the better one in the centre. Foods always been class. Drinks are always nice there to.

Ordered family bucket and chicken tower.
chicken was very nice and freshly cooked,fries so nice and crispy.
Ladies over the counter were so polite,nice and helpful.great job 👍

Had to wait a few minutes while they finished cooking items but food was delicious and hot which is rare these days when you go in near closing time as often they just seem to dregs and leftovers.

Great food as always but could not understand any of the staff. Don't know if all Indian or what but all had next to no English

Clean and tidy. Too much sauce in tower burger, all fell apart. Got into a mess. Still think they should do vouchers like McDs
