Staff are always really lovely here, happy to explain products and talk you through options. They also seem really happy in what they're doing, really lifts the atmosphere of anywhere when people are happy. Go here regularly and they're happy to make up drinks with dietary/milk alternatives too.

The barrista man who served us was so kind and had excellent knowledge of the coffees. The panini was delicious and so was the slice of chocolate gateau. Absolutely yummy.

I came with a friend to have a coffee after the school run. I expected it to be quite busy but it was very quiet, which was nice. The tables were all clear and everything looked clean. The staff were very friendly making recommendations on coffee. I had to go and ask for napkins as there wasn't any placed out but this was not an issue and staff gave them with a smile. Coffee was lovely and my friend enjoyed theirs also. Toilets were clean. Admittedly it was first thing in the morning so I will review again at a later time in the day. The staff were talking about how the food is being taken over by M&S. We walked so didn't have an issue with parking but you can either park across the road in the Rotary Car Park, or in Waitrose. Prices are the same as every Costa, all a little high for food but that is the same everywhere.

Great place where dogs are asked in seating area out back. Staff super friendly. One way in and out with sanitizer always full and at the ready. Their frostino's are lush. Love this place.
