Went for Sunday lunch with the family. Food was excellent as was the service!! Highly recommended any of the Sunday meats. I had lamb which was melt in the mouth. Wife had beef which same standard!

Very pleasant staff, prompt service. I was impressed that the landlady was concerned that I hadn't finished my meal in case there was something wrong with it. There wasn't, it was fine. Just me not as hungry as I thought. My wife had no trouble finishing her lasagne, which she told me was excellent.

Not been here for a number of years but was always good so decided to re visit. It did not disappoint. Friendly helpful staff, really good Sunday lunch, tastiest beef we’ve ever had, good portion, everything piping hot and they even bring you an extra jug of gravy without asking. Delicious. Would highly recommend and will return.

Our Sunday lunch was amazing ! We haven't been since before lock down,as moved away but it's still beautiful, and we had the best welcome from Clare as Anne wasn't well

Lovely restaurant, visited for a family roast and I was not disappointed. The food was incredible and the portions were right. The vegetables served with the Sunday roast were well seasoned and cooked just how I like them, which is not the common 'with a crunch' style.
The staff were lovely, and the restaurant was clean.
