A large subway with plenty of seating. I've visited here lots of times and the staff are always pleasant and friendly. They always have gf bread options for me and are amazing at wiping down the counters and changing gloves etc. Staff are amazing 👏 always love my little subway visits here! ❤️

Best subway I’ve ever been in, staff are always extremely friendly. Especially Rosy, Matty and Leighann (New lad Gary had just started and he was a top bloke too)

Perfect in every way as far as Subway goes. The store was immaculate. Displays were fully stocked. There was no wait whatsoever to be served and my sandwich was made exactly as I wanted/expected. My usual order contains a couple of 'off-menu' requests ( double salad, mix of cheeses) and these were accommodated without issue. Nice girl behind the counter, was a pleasant visit all round.

Well it’s the first time I’ve enjoyed a
12 inch sandwich from your store normally it’s made horrible from your other stores but this time It was made perfectly and tasted just perfect. It’s all because of Victoria and Katey who worked on it. Amazing staff who always so helpful. 100% recommend Cramlington

Nice sandwich was cash only due to problem with machine tho!! when we were there which I bet was a bit annoying for the customers who came in and had to leave but there is a cash machine just around the corner which would have been useful to tell the customers cos when you need a sub you need a sub !!

Good experience service-wise. Couldn't get out fast enough though due to customers not wearing masks and moving closer and closer to me everyime I moved away. Didn't appear to have breathing problems as he managed to talk constantly on his phone the whole time he was in he shop.

Perfect, not so crowded. But need to enforce mask wearing. One customer didn't have it on, again it could be an exceptional case but start need to ask that question still. Good is always great there.
