One of the best McDonalds in the North East. Staff are happy and cheerful compared to other nearby McDonalds.
Absolutely dire. The car park’s a trap — I got a fine before I’d even unwrapped my cold burger. Service slower than a wet weekend in Grimsby, staff looked like they’d given up around 2014, and the place had all the charm of a bus station toilet. Only thing fast about this McDonald’s is how quickly it ruins your day.

Was rewarded with £100 parking fine despite being a paying customer. Yes, did not notice the signs and kids enjoyed the area too much so overstayed. McD team just shrugged it off and said your problem. Lovely
