Fantastic meal and great atmosphere. My family had a variety of menu items each amazing. Our server was wonderful and made great recommendations. I had the gin smash with lavender and it was excellent.

Had the beef burger. The food was delicious. Server was polite and didn't constantly ask how everything was while I was eating. 10/10 Do recommend

Very lovely staff and open room. Beautiful light and really awesome decorations. I loved the log with light bulbs hanging down. Also lots of organic food choices. I asked questions and they were willing to change a few things. I ended up having an awesome sandwich that tasted great.
It is so nice in there I would go back!
I founded out that they are going to have music on weekends.
It is worth a stop even if you just have a drink!

Our Sunday brunch was amazing! Your allowed to have seconds which are included but we were so full! Coffee, tea or juice is also included for $23. So worth it!!!

A destination for Sunday brunch... and I hear their Thursday Pizza Party is fabulous too. I full heartedly recommend Soulfood for its comforting food, ambiance, local art, service, music, etc. Vegan options. Family friendly. We’ll be back even though Cranbrook is 3 hours from home.

Lovely place to stop by and enjoy quality food. Many vegan options as well! Nice atmosphere and great service. My vegan burger was super 😋. Wish there were more restaurants like this.

I got the avocado toast, lavender latte with coconut milk and the bison bocconcini burger. The avo toast was great - loved the salty crispy kale on top, and the latte was spectacular! The burger was okay - the charcoal bun was a bit dense making it a bit difficult to eat, however the fries and homemade ketchup were delish!

If you are looking for local place to eat with a great atmosphere and delicious fresh food this is your place. The food was incredible. I had the steelhead sandwich with a kale ceasar. The ceasar dressing was tangy and light. Added flavor without being heavy. The sandwich was so filling.
Save room for dessert. We took one to go. The peanut butter cup. It was enjoyed over several days. Very decadent.
They also have a great wine list with lots of local wines on the menu. Highly recommend eating here.
