I visited the buzz on the pantiles in T - wells the other week and thought as I was in the area I would check out their sister restaurant in Cranbrook, unfortunately it was fully booked ( my own fault for not booking ) but I was told to pop down the road to their other building named The Hive ( co-working unit/coffee lounge ) for coffee and cake. When I arrived I discovered they had a lovely coffee snug! It was so wonderful, lovely coffee and cakes, the young man working was so accommodating and the chilled Motown music nearly sent me to sleep as I was so relaxed. Lovely experience once again, keep up the amazing work
Amazing place to work from situated at the historic Pantiles the building has been restored to a top quality finnish. The building has been tastefully decorated, the balcony/terrace overlooking the Pantiles is the perfect place to sit and have lunch. The management couldn't be helpful or friendly.
Absolutely loved this place. We were a group of 8 cyclist just looking for a coffee and cake.
The lady serving on her own wasn't phased by us just walking in without notice. She was really pleasant and quick serving us coffees and delicious cakes.

Having searched high and low for the perfect venue for my social media workshops, Emma has delivered a fantastic and exciting co-working space with conference room facilities. The hot-desking options are flexible and high specced enabling local entrepreneurs to be part of a larger business environment. Recommend highly.

The food was delicious! I visited the Hive last month and as a Greek person with high expectations in Greek cuisine, I can say that the food served there is amazing!
In addition, the environment is pleasant and the staff friendly and polite. An excellent place to visit. Great job, guys!
Wonderful restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious. You can taste the quality of every herb and every spice. Beautiful food and so authentic. The spanakopita reminded me of when I was on holiday in Thessaloniki, Greece. The owners are so friendly, so welcoming and we chatted to them for over half an hour. My mum and I had the perfect evening!

My fiancé and I absolutely love the authentic home cooked Greek food. Generous portions, plenty of choice and a great selection of wines and beers.
The owners, Emma and Stuart are always so kind and welcoming during our visits.
The Hive is also a great place to pick up locally made produce such as honey and chutneys.
A relaxed atmosphere for an evening meal, very clean and always playing great music.
I recently wanted to surprise my fiancé with a meal for his 40th birthday. Since all restaurants are closed due to lockdown, Stuart offered to prepare a meal for takeaway.
Emma and Suzi cooked up a wonderful feast, including a traditional slow cooked lamb Kleftiko with seasoned rice, dips, bread and salads. It was beautifully presented and it made having a meal at home into a restaurant experience!
Absolutely loved this place, we called up to see if they had any tables available as we had been exploring Kent all day, they still let us come even though there was a function going on! The Greek food was absolutely delicious, such warm, friendly staff would definitely recommend.
Fantastic place! Really friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are good and convenient, and they offer very delicious Greek food. You'll never get hungry while you are working, as Emma cooks authentic Greek cuisine. The Hive has helped us to promote our Greek products by organising a networking event for business, so thank you very much to everyone at the Hive.
A fantastic local venue where you can meet for business or pleasure. The interior is stylish and comes with all the high tech services needed for business yet is cosy for a coffee and catch up. The staff always give you a warm welcome and I can highly recommend the Greek dishes and the local food and wine producers that are on show. Well worth a visit, thanks Emma, Stuart and team!
