Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere, and really lovely place to have a cheeky cuppa, cake or sandwiches and you can bring your best furry friend/s. Dogs welcome here which is nice and has a back area for small children.

Lovely cafe. Very busy with dogs and children ,so if you want somewhere quiet then this probably isn't the place for you. But I have eaten in here a few times now and the food is freshly prepared and very tasty. Excellent chocolate, coconut flapjack. Highly recommend.

Popped in for breakfast with the kids and it was delightful. The staff were all super friendly and the food was great, but more importantly there was a wide variety on offer because we've got some awkward eaters! For any pretentious coffee aficionados, my flat was very well made however the (locally roasted) beans were a little light for my taste personally. Arthur's is dog friendly too - the photo wall of their canine guests is a lovely touch.

The cutest coffee shop! Love how it's dog friendly and they get their photo taken for on the wall. The service is always good, very polite and friendly :) Great flat whites and would definitely recommend to anyone who's in or around the area.

I can't thank the fantastic team enough for helping my wheelchair bound mother access the cafe today. They went above and beyond to make it possible to have a table near the door. Thanks too to the lovely lady with a beautiful Poodle who moved to let us sit down. Great bacon sandwich and coffee too. We will be back!

Nice coffee shop and cafe. Busy with a happy vibe. Incredible selection of milk shakes. Food looked good although I just had coffee. Rear garden for overflow was welcome as it was pretty packed.

My family loved the atmosphere. The staff kindly took a photo of my nephew's 14 week old dog, Dexter to join all of Arthur's friends. Dexter posed very well for the photo.

After moving to Cranbrook recently, I was magnetised to Arthurs, from its décor and obviously popularity. Now, I come here for a coffee and relaxed, warm and friendly atmosphere. All the staff are genuinely happy and deliver a great coffee shop experience. Plus it is very dog, child and everyone friendly! Love it

Aw Arthur’s. What a fantastic, friendly and cozy local coffee shop run by smiley, beautiful young people. Places like these need our support as they so deserve it. 🧡

Great coffee, their flat white is a masterpiece. Always a go to. Super friendly staff. To top it off, they do very tasty sausage rolls. But go early as they tend to sell out.

Tried pretty much all the places that do breakfast in the area, we came today about 9 am, nice and clean, staff were efficient and friendly and the setting was nicely decorated. Looking at the menu I saw that it seemed limited for breakfast items, being a man I always want a Full English. This wasn't on the menu, they did a selection of 'breakfast style' sandwiches, ie: Bacon or Sausage. We both had a bacon sandwich, it was good, nice bread and cooked fresh, a nice large cup of tea. Enjoyed the breakfast, just personally I would have liked a Full English which, i'm guessing, when people go for a morning cafe breakfast would be a good option, not a criticism just my personal taste.

What a fantastic venue, so much more than just a coffee shop! Make no mistake the coffee is excellent as is all of the food. The Breakfast Bagel comes highly recommended and if you need a bit of sugar, the cakes will hit the spot. So the food and drinks are excellent, the venue is comfortable, spacious and Covid compliant, so everything you need. But, I have left the best for last. The service from the staff is really brilliant! Always friendly, always helpful and with prompt service and good energy for early in the morning right through to the end of the day. Highly recommended.
