Definitely has improved since my last visit, however the coffee keeps decreasing in quality. Not sure if they're using a lower grade bean, or it's not being kept correctly, but it's not as good as others. I also feel that tables need to be cleared and cleaned quicker too. Makes for s more welcoming environment.

Spacious Costa in Cranbrook High Street that does not usually get too busy. Standard food and drink selection. I had a flat white and a Danish for around £4.

Love this place. So friendly. There's a guy who works in the mornings with blonde hair who is the master of coffee. Super speedy and his coffee far exceeds others. Great conversation while you wait too. Nothing worse than a long queue when you're stopping in on your way to work and this guy keeps the queues moving fast.

Good quality drinks with a streamlined experience. There's also free WiFi and the opportunity to earn Costa Coffee Points, so overall a good visit. Staff were friendly and efficient, so definitely a textbook experience!

Used one of my "free drinks". Staff friendly and polite. Costa in Cranbrook has quite a cosy feel to it.....its a bit like being in someones front room. It has a friendly vibe. Clean inside. Enjoyed my free drink....thank you Costa Coffee 😁😊

Had my first visit to this Costa Coffee today.. the outside was quite deceiving.. it is alot bigger inside then I expected! Lovely little coffee shop, clean and tidy.. friendly staff.. no table service, but was quiet so distancing was not an issue when collecting our drinks from the counter! Has some outdoor seating.

Strange looking place, as it looks like someone's house. There are also uprights in the store which are a bit intrusive, but i guess necessary. However, once inside it is the usual Costa with great tasting coffee. Food is also available. Staff.both friendly and efficient. It coukd really do with bigger premises.

Clean place and helpful staff. It is a part of the Costa franchise. Its a nice place. I wish there were napkins more easily available, as I had to ask for them twice as I was with a small child who spilt things.
