Good quality drinks with a streamlined experience. There's also free WiFi and the opportunity to earn Costa Coffee Points, so overall a good visit. Staff were friendly and efficient, so definitely a textbook experience!

Used one of my "free drinks". Staff friendly and polite. Costa in Cranbrook has quite a cosy feel to it.....its a bit like being in someones front room. It has a friendly vibe. Clean inside. Enjoyed my free drink....thank you Costa Coffee 😁😊

It was very nice and pleasant. It wasn't too busy and the only down thing was only 1 person at till serving. This is why I put 4 stars

Love this place. So friendly. There's a guy who works in the mornings with blonde hair who is the master of coffee. Super speedy and his coffee far exceeds others. Great conversation while you wait too. Nothing worse than a long queue when you're stopping in on your way to work and this guy keeps the queues moving fast.

Great little Costa in the lovely village of Cranbrook, use it on my way back home, conveniently across from the free carpark in the middle of cranbrook so parking is a doddle, staff are very friendly although it would be nice to be able to use the App to order drinks there, i'm surprised at how few of the rural based costa's seem to have this whereas it would seem an obvious option to be able to order your coffee whilst walking to the shop so it's ready for when you get there. missing a trick Costa!

Had my first visit to this Costa Coffee today.. the outside was quite deceiving.. it is alot bigger inside then I expected! Lovely little coffee shop, clean and tidy.. friendly staff.. no table service, but was quiet so distancing was not an issue when collecting our drinks from the counter! Has some outdoor seating.

Definitely has improved since my last visit, however the coffee keeps decreasing in quality. Not sure if they're using a lower grade bean, or it's not being kept correctly, but it's not as good as others.
I also feel that tables need to be cleared and cleaned quicker too. Makes for s more welcoming environment.
