Very good hotel. Good rooms and the price was very good. Good service, good bar and restaurant. Location excellent, specially if you are flying from Gatwick airport. The shopping mall very close.
First of all the staff is so friendly and polite. Secondly the food is very nice a variety to choose from the kids love it. Rooms are always clean and tidy also I like the way the rooms have plenty of space for your stuff. In general it has modern design glass lifts, waterfall effects indoor plants etc....and much more.
It was extremely awesome. Staff were helpful, polite, friendly, kind and made me feel safe. Accommodation was top notch, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Food was absolutely excellent. Even when I ordered a kids meal, as it was vegetarian sausage and mash (my favourite), they made an adult portion for me.
Superbly managed in all aspects.

Nicer hotel located near Gatwick airport. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Location is also good for access to the town. Didn't find it that noisy considering how close it was to Gatwick airport. Perfect place to stay if you have to fly out of Gatwick the next day, especially early in the morning. Definitely a more modern feel than some other hotels in and around London.

I've been there twice in the past 2 weeks as my company have hired some of the rooms for our essential training. The staff that were on duty were amazing, nothing was to much trouble, a fresh supply of teas, coffees and a generous amount of biscuits all serve with a smile and a chat. There are plenty of hand sanitizes available and social distancing was adhered to . Considering the situation it was a very pleasant trip .
A beautiful atmosphere with great amenities. The friendly staff provided great service and the rooms are comfortable with great beds. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with great variety and quality. With pool and gym facilities as well as spa facilities on sight just about everything is covered. The convenient access to the train platform is a bonus for getting where you need to go.
Quarantine day 1. So far so good. No complaints. Rooms are clean, food taste is good. Free wifi, staff is very polite.
Food already been decided for 10 days stay. You just need to tick what you want during dinner ( veg, non veg)
Staff has given me a cutlery (plate, bowl, spoon n fork), which I have to clean after usage for next 10 days, no other set is provided.
Everything which is provided it's kind of use n throw materials.
General remark:
People who got allotted to quarantine facilities UK, make sure you have enough snacks for 10 days. In some of the facilities, food is not good.

The personnel is genuinely friendly, especially the servers at breakfast. Talking of which, I enjoyed a lot their exquisite bacon.
The room was always clean, inviting and well-organized.
The location is also nice: peaceful and quiet, and yet not at all remote from the main locations. Travel by car/taxi to Gatwick Airport is less than 5 min.
This is a nice hotel. Although rooms are a bit basic, they are clean and the lobby has a nice atmosphere. Staff are great as is breakfast and the parking package. The bar is a bit pricey but then the hotel is in walking distance of lots of very good bars and restaurants plus a shopping mall. Loses a star for not providing sufficient shampoo and body wash in the family rooms for more than half a person and for airport shuttle bus not being complimentary. I know petrol costs money, but come on Arora!
