Highly recommend! Homemade chilli and steak and ale pie was absolutely gorgeous! Wine was just as fabulous thank you!

Popped in for a meal here before we flew out of Gatwick , food was fantastic and service was very friendly and helpful (thanks matt) would recommend to all. Kids also loved the huge rabbit and guinea pigs.

Great pub with lovely atmosphere and terrific landlord and landlady. Food is excellent and reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly......plenty of choice of drinks and again well priced.

Just started up food again recently, new chefs, new owners and very top service. The food is amazing, the burgers are juicy and delicious, the chips are filled to the brim with potato and the brownie desert is beautiful. I highly recommend this place soo much! Good to help local businesses too😃😍
Took the Mrs for lunch and I’ve got to say, the best food I’ve ever had in a pub. Ordered the lunch menu and the price was awesome too! I’ll be back very soon.

What a lovely, friendly, traditional pub. The food is great and very well priced. We have only just moved to the area and the owner and staff made us feel very welcome. Couldn't recommend enough!!
Family Sunday lunch for six. Turned up on spec due to a change of plans. Pretty much a locals pub, but very welcoming to us non-regulars. Garden at back had two large rabbits (which amused the children). Ordered a variety of main courses - all of which were finished enthusiastically. Roast beef (plus roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, gravy and veg) was delicious! Particularly enjoyed the cabbage (which had been cooked with bacon). Not as flash as some other pubs, but just a welcoming and comfortable place. Would definitely consider for a second visit.

Had lunch .... pub has a traditional atmosphere. Kids welcome. The food was fantastic , portions very generous . Will be returning again for sure when next in Crawley !! Went back for sunday roast ( march 2018) sunday roast was awesome literally home cooked ..proper roast potatoes !!!. Live music fab atmosphere, friendly staff . Cant reccommend this pub enough. A proper traditional friendly old style pub.
