Hispalis

We went to Hispalis Tapas for dinner. The place is very pretty, the staff is amazing, so nice and polite. The order was taken quickly we had the drinks first. My partner mentioned he doesn't want ice in his drink, but they brought the drink with ice. So he took the ice out himself but then they changed his plate, where he put the ice. The food order came very quick and it was so delicious. Also, until de proper food came we had bread and olives, amazing taste, I totally recommend it. Our food order was king prawns and squid, which were part of tapas. Small portions, but so delicious. I also had the house red wine, which is dry, I totally recommend it, very good wine. I was also amazed to see how the staff was constantly doing floor walking to make sure everything is OK, or if anybody needs anything. We have been asked how we feel, if we like the food, if we are having a good time etc. The prices are reasonable. I love this place and I truly hope it will remain like this. Well done!

An authentic feel to this Tapas bar, friendly staff with attentive service... ..waiter tried very hard to please. Which sometimes can be a little over the top....but can't fault for this...... food is nice and fresh and served Spanish Estrella Beer in draught 😁. Not the best Tapas I've ever eaten, but we enjoyed our meal. Light and airy restaurant.

Came here for the first time last night. Service was great & food delicious. I asked for Patas Alioli which wasn’t on the menu (please add it 😉) and they accommodated my request & they were superb. We also had lamb cutlets which were cooked to perfection, chicken wings, Spanish omelette & garlic mushrooms. We are not fish eaters so it would be nice to see some more meat on the menu, maybe some chicken or lamb kebabs?? Would definitely recommend.

Wow! We went for lunch today and found some of the best Tapas that we have ever eaten. The restaurant has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere with highly attentive staff. Although they were busy, the food arrived quickly, with bread and some outstanding olives whilst we waited. The menu is highly inviting with everything sounding so appealing that choosing became difficult! We went for chorizo, king prawns with garlic and chilli, calamari, chicken livers with honey and balsamic, and some potatoes with tomatoes. Everything was beautifully cooked and piping hot. I believe I have found my new favourite restaurant!
