We had coffee here. There was plenty of seating- comfortable sofas and tables etc. They served us quickly. There were plenty of snack and drink options. Didn't have to queue, on a busy Saturday afternoon in town.

Excellent customer service on my visit. Young lady took my order was very polite and friendly. Offered the special blend but no pushy sales pitch. Brought my panini to the table when it was heated. Brie and bacon is lovely as was the vegan cheesecake afterwards even though I'm not vegan. Might have to make this a regular stop.

Lovely staff here, always have some friendly conversation, normally pretty busy, which creates a nice atmosphere, avoid the morning rush 👌🏽

Although there is sometime a wait it is worth it. The sandwich is always hot and the drinks delicious

Manager Mark is a top, top manager. Very professional and knowledgeable! He has always assisted and supported me with the app. He works really well and stays calm under pressure, despite the long queues. I always enjoy seeing him and he is the main reason I return to nero in crawley.

Great tasting, strong coffee and interesting limited edition flavours. The pastries/cakes are delicious too and they have a nice variety. Service is good and standard.
However I did not want to bring the rating down for this but they really need some new furniture, the ones at the back of the shop are very uncomfortable and worn out.
All in all still my favourite coffe shop in town, a bit pricier than the rest but you get what you pay for. đź‘Ť

What a lovely Caffe Nero, warm, cosy. Comfy lounge seats by the window. A very relaxing place, located right in the middle of Crawley.

Lovely atmosphere with great coffee. The staff there also sometimes bring your coffee and food to you! Would definitely recommend!

Having good staff makes all the difference... welcoming, take your order with a smile, get the coffee quickly. The salted caramel brownie was excellent. And only 257 calories! Update: service remains excellent! Further update: coffee excellent, carrot cake quite dry today.

As an evangelist I love this coffee shop. I carry a 12 foot cross and Kash the Barista put a cross on my delicious coconut latte.

I go into a few of these cafes and find their staff are always friendly and helpful. Toilets are well cleaned too. Great coffee and snacks. Only gripe is they could do with a few more gluten free products.

It’s quite a big branch on the high street.
Dog friendly.
I had my hands full and the man helped me carry my tray to the table where i was sitting.
Having a cuppa with your doggo- there’s no better thing!!

Always great service here. Staff are so friendly and look after me well every time, including my little girl today. Most cafes don't really like children, it is really nice to be so welcomed. Drinks always taste good too...just waiting for vegan bakes to arrive to buy please.
