I love the homeware section and TU, large selection. Has everything I need for grocery shopping in one place

Very good, used the self scan and I a bit miffed as to why it takes so long to get assistance when needed. I bought some alcohol and had to wait ages for an age verification. Also the receipt scanner to exit the area is appalling

Nice and big has plenty in it from food to clothes to appliances. Nice sized one. It’s a big Sainsbury’s, what else can I tell you. Oh also has an Argos inside 👍😛

Big store with a good selection of products. Usually visit at lunch time during the week and most items on shelves. Very few tills open but rarely queue for self check. Large car park and also a McDonald's and B&m on the same site. Petrol station is often the cheapest in Crawley and can as a result have a queue.

Like all other branches, it is clean and completely organized. Of course, it has this weakness that it doesn't have a butcher and the meats are all packaged, and there is a high chance that you won't get meat on weekends. But the good smell of bakery and fresh bread can be smelled in most parts of the store

A shop to love. Stocks a lot of food items from other parts of the globe. Very diversified in terms of food. I love it.

It is spacious and the staff has been courteous whenever interacted. Everything is available most of the times and seems to be organised well across the aisles. I prefer their smart checkouts - its easier to use and ofcourse nector pricing is always a plus+

It's a huge store with a great selection. Plenty of parking. Even at the end of a busy Saturday they had a decent amount of bakery and fresh items left. There is a large clothes section and a café too. Decent free from and plant based ranges available.

Beautiful 15th century style building, surrounded by manicured gardens.We had afternoon tea which had a variety of cakes, sandwiches and endless pots of tea and coffee.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Thank you Francesco.

Absolutely lovely staff, especially security staff! Well-stocked store with no vacant shelves. Very helpful till staff. And an obvious eagerness to assist. I heartily recommend, especially for hotel guests at the Crown Plaza. An easy walk. And my Curate found the trolleys to be very accommodating.
