It is spacious and the staff has been courteous whenever interacted. Everything is available most of the times and seems to be organised well across the aisles. I prefer their smart checkouts - its easier to use and ofcourse nector pricing is always a plus+
It's a huge store with a great selection. Plenty of parking. Even at the end of a busy Saturday they had a decent amount of bakery and fresh items left. There is a large clothes section and a café too. Decent free from and plant based ranges available.

Very bright, good parking facility and extremely cheerful staff. I was there this morning for last minute shopping and to grab a cup of coffee after dropping kids to school. Starbucks was very quiet cost and comfortable. Free WiFi works great and overall ambience was very happy and cheerful.
Very good, used the self scan and I a bit miffed as to why it takes so long to get assistance when needed. I bought some alcohol and had to wait ages for an age verification. Also the receipt scanner to exit the area is appalling
Absolutely lovely staff, especially security staff! Well-stocked store with no vacant shelves. Very helpful till staff. And an obvious eagerness to assist. I heartily recommend, especially for hotel guests at the Crown Plaza. An easy walk. And my Curate found the trolleys to be very accommodating.
