I really love M&S food. This shop is nice - my sister came for the Italian hazelnut spread but it was out of stock. We also got drinks at the cafe while we were there. The Magic Coffee (never heard of it before) is really good. My sister had the gingerbread frappe that was way too sweet, doesn't recommend it for the syrupy flavour and lack of real spice. That's it really, can't say much about a supermarket. The staff were very polite in both the cafe and shop floor.

Free 3 hour parking in large car park outside! The food hall is very well stocked! Big selection of sandwiches, salads and home shopping! The range is extensive and laid out very nicely throughout the large food shop! There is a m and s cafe within with outdoor seating also. 5* for product range and shopping experience.

This is a fabulous M&S. Located at the Acorn retail park on the outskirts of Crawley. Mordern, spacious, bright and all the usual you're expect from an M&S. This site is food only and there is a cafe/coffee shop with seating inside and outside and plenty of parking

Love M&S Food and clothing. The cafe is good and customer friendly, the service is very good. Tried the soup, toast, chips, coffee. Everything was good. They serve you hot. There’s food hall adjacent to it and it has the regular M&S stuff.

Not the biggest I've been in but a decent selection. Staff exceptionally friendly and the in store baked Eccles Cakes are to die for but you'll need to arrive early as they sell out very quickly

As far as M&S's go, this one is pretty good. Decent selection, never empty shelves, never a queue to pay and always easy parking. Prices are a bit steep but that's marks for you, I guess!

Very handy when this was opened opposite where I used to work as I could just pop in to get things if needed. Still very good place to shop at any time if it just for food as there's free parking & no need to go into Crawley town centre & have to pay for parking. Also handy if you work nearby & need some lunch.
