Masies customer service is nothing but perfect. She greeted us within seconds of entering. She upsold and got us out within minutes. What a great team member you guys have
Unfriendly, rude service. The lady does not greet you upon arrival or departure. He had no idea what was in the sandwich I ordered. He wanted to give it cold, when I asked her to warm it up, he warmed it up with a disgusted face. Who employed this person?

The lady Veronica is most incompetent seller ever. My English might not be good but clearly her isn’t good at all she doesn’t understand most of the things said to her. Also she is not polite with some customers. Once I’ve been calling her and she pretends that she doesn’t hear me. So when I see her on the counter I don’t buy subway.
I came in 12th may where there was one lovley polite young boy who served me and my freind who I think deserves some sort of recognition for how well he worked under tremendous pressure on his own in this heat with very rude customers !!! Amazing customer service godbless I'll be back very soon
