Absolutely fantastic experience. The cocktails (vodka mojitos) were by far the best I had in a long time plus they had happy hour which was nice and the food was also delicious, the whole accompanied by an amazing service. What a pleasure! Bravo Mio Gusto.
We came in today for a quick lunch before a movie. Well we weren’t quite prepared for the awesomeness that is this place! As someone who has lived in Italy for a while, I can honestly say this is pure Italian joy. The pizzas are beautifully made, light base, delicate flavours. The pasta is very well made and again so flavoursome and fresh… anyone that serves prawns that perfectly cooked and with their heads still on gets my vote! Succulent.
A lot of love goes into their food and our server today was absolutely lovely, really helpful and friendly. We hardly ever bother with Crawley for food because it’s all chains, but Mio Gusto is absolutely worth coming back to (already planning to!).
The pizzas are quite similar to the ones I've tried in Italy!! But was completely amazed by the deserts... apparently they aren't made like most of the sugary stuff we can find in most restaurants! One of the Chefs had time to explain us how they make and prepare all the ingredients fresh in the restaurant! Even the chocolate syrup and jam is prepared with fresh stuff in local!!
I don’t do many 5-star reviews, but after our experience on Saturday evening, this 5-stars is a no brainer. Why? Because we were being looked after and felt as welcomed guests. This is not a cheap restaurant, but the way we’ve been treated here is a rare experience. All the staff contributed to this: from the warm and professional welcome at the door, right down to the chef who helped us find a dish that we would fancy and came to say goodbye. The food was nice, the wine that was recommended to us was the best white wine I’ve had for a long time and the grilled vegetables were nicely done (see photo). And although I found my adventurous salmon with mango and honey very very sweet, we generally had a great dining experience with lovely service all round.
One tip: tidy up that ‘management table’ at the back. Two packs of cigarettes can easily be hidden somewhere. Make it look as lovely as the rest of the restaurant.

Booked a table for 1 as I was in Crawley for work and thought I might as well eat well. Food was delicious, I had the fillet steak and it was perfectly cooked. Service was definitely the best part of the evening, I felt very looked after and I will be back. Very enjoyable meal thank you x

Awesome food generally and nice service! Maybe the vegetarian calzone is a bit plain (just cheese and spinach inside) but the other dishes (meatballs+pasta and veg pasta) were excellent. I finished the calzone happily but would have appreciated some variety in there.
We went last night to celebrate my partner's son's birthday, the food was very nice and for being an Italian I think this restaurant deserves more and probably is the best around Crawley, The two waitress were very polite and friendly. Will definitely come back again.I do recommend this restaurant.

Really good food here - pizza, pasta at its finest. I have been here only once but definitely looking to return sometime soon. Its not a "chain" restaurant so food is actually cooked fresh for you which means a lot to me.
