Nice lunchtime get together. The food was excellent and the service fast and efficient. There was a good atmosphere. Tables in the restaurant were fully booked. We had a table in the bar area which was quite pleasant. Plenty of parking available. Lots of outdoor seating too.

We come here when we can get together, and we are never disappointed. The staff are great here, very well-mannered, polite, quick with service, and very friendly. There's a lovely atmosphere, the food is lovely, never any complaints, and we are always happy to return. Thankyou for making time spent here so lovely.

Lovely welcoming pub with a great outdoor area for nice weather and cosy indoor tables. The roast was amazing and the sticky toffee pudding cheesecake... Incredible. I could eat it again every night! Well done team!

Great place to dine in a relaxed atmosphere. Had the mixed greill, which was lovely but the meat was a little on the tough side, but had nice flavour.

We booked a table here for tea on Saturday. The pub was quite quiet. We were served quickly and the food came in good time. We were a party of three and all were pleased with their food. We would eat here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, although they never seem to stand still for a second.......inside it always seems very clean, the food is served piping hot.
Outside is a great place to sit and chill out in the sun (when we have any) The beer garden is kept lovely and tidy.
The only moan from me is, the lager has gone up in price substantially twice in the last twelve months.

We stopped here for lunch today. It looked nice from the outside, so we went in. The look of trepidation on the faces of the two young men who greeted us was enough to make me think we had been transported straight back to the 1970s when bikers were viewed as dangerous and unwelcome. They asked if we had booked, and then they had a quick conversation about whether they had enough room in a nearly empty pub. My wife was less than impressed, I thought it was hilarious. They finished this by telling us it was card only. I'm fairly sure the two well-dressed couples who followed us in were not similarly greeted.
That said, the rest of the customer service was very good, the place was very clean and the food was good but not outstanding, the latte was very good. Overall, it's not too bad. The staff just need a bit of acclimatising to customers not in a 4x4.

Second visit 1st brilliant gave 5 stars.
This 2nd visit bad service there were 11 of us and so slow 1 lady did not get her wine until after main course. We arrived at 7pm our menu was given to them in advance. Sweets arrived at 8.45 pm . Said they would ring me on Friday morning after speaking to the General Manager still waiting. Next visit due in September not looking good.
