We visited for Pugoween, it was great! The Pub was quite busy so there weren't many tables available for sitting down but we would go back.

Unfortunately we both wanted the steak and ale pie, were told at 11.40 that there wasn't any or fish for fish and chips, not very good ordering for the start of the weekend, what we did have was gammon and bangers and mash and it was very nice,staff friendly, a good atmosphere also.

My wife. myself the daughter and son in law and grandchild went last night for a meal at the Woodside and had a lovely meal.and was treated brilliantly by all the staff especially.abby who was very helpful and nothing was toouch trouble .and we will definitely be returning in the near future .Mr d morrell & family

A very inviting atmosphere friendly staff who where very helpful, I had the gammon it was excellent my partner had the fish also top notch, an all round 5 star experience we will be back

Went for a birthday party here. Buffet was good. Prices of drinks very reasonable. Seemed to be a good atmosphere in rest of pub as well.
