FANTASTIC FOOD
A family party of 10 we had a great evening at the Woodside on Sunday, the food was fantastic, 4 of our party are big meat eaters so they all ordered the mixed grill, they said it was the best mixed grill they have had in a long time and at £11.49 great value too.
We found the pub to be very family friendly with a little children's corner with toys and books to keep the kids happy, we found all the staff and the landlady to be very friendly, the pub has a lovely atmosphere, and there was even live music on later that evening, the male vocalist was amazing.
We will definitely be back
Took mum today for mother's day, had the Chicago sloppy burger and it was the best burger ever! New landlady fits the pub perfectly! Very warm and welcoming. Gave all mummy's some beautiful flowers for mothers day too! Felt well and truly spoilt by the end of my visit. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely day x

I booked a birthday party at the Woodside the staff where amazing they put banners and balloons up made me and my family very welcome. The food was amazing and we didn’t have to wait long table service was outstanding friendly members of staff making sure we had what we needed I will highly recommended this pub,we will be definitely be coming back again � xxxxx

Come here all the time, always tidy, great atmosphere, great drinks, great food, friendly staff, by far the best pub in Crewe!
Went for a 50th bday meal with my mum and family, so alot of meals to get out at once and rest of the pub was very busy too, few small mistakes but dealt with quickly and professionally by manager she was really good/polite think i would of been a little more upset if it wasnt for her brill customer service... all round very good...thank you.

Me and my sister went for tea yesterday and we had the steak and ale pie and it was delicious, gin cocktail was great too, staff was lovely and service was good too

Unfortunately we both wanted the steak and ale pie, were told at 11.40 that there wasn't any or fish for fish and chips, not very good ordering for the start of the weekend, what we did have was gammon and bangers and mash and it was very nice,staff friendly, a good atmosphere also.
Nice pub, not been in for years. Felt relaxed and friendly even though its now a GreenKing pub. Big carpark and nice outdoor area. Food was nice, presented well and staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

We visited for Pugoween, it was great! The Pub was quite busy so there weren't many tables available for sitting down but we would go back.
Only called in for a drink...was amazed at how spacious and well set out it was. Lovely friendly atmosphere, little alcoves to sit in to be with friends to chat or openly around bar. Menu's looked good value, children's Menu was very impressed. Will definitely be going back for meal in near future

Called in for a quick Sunday lunch on spec. Friendly and helpful team. Food was served quickly and was piping hot. Definitely will be going back

Went for a birthday party here. Buffet was good. Prices of drinks very reasonable. Seemed to be a good atmosphere in rest of pub as well.
Excellent choice of food and well presented. The staff were very pleasant especially the waitress Karen well mannered and looked after us.
A very inviting atmosphere friendly staff who where very helpful, I had the gammon it was excellent my partner had the fish also top notch, an all round 5 star experience we will be back

My wife. myself the daughter and son in law and grandchild went last night for a meal at the Woodside and had a lovely meal.and was treated brilliantly by all the staff especially.abby who was very helpful and nothing was toouch trouble .and we will definitely be returning in the near future .Mr d morrell & family

Was staying at Crewe Hall hotel and popped in here for dinner and it was lovely and the food was beautiful, recommended if your in the area.
Nice food and drink, staff were very friendly and so helpful.
