Millie served us today and has an absolutely outstanding service , very happy , chatty and always happy to help ! We ordered two salted caramel frappes and have to say was extremely pleased and the best ones we have had ! I suppose customer service tops it off. Great work need more workers like Millie

Went into Costa this morning, a lady called Kerry or it could of been Kelly ..was working solo, the que was quite long with a mixture of families and single people, this member of staff is a credit to you, she remained calm and polite, served quickly with a smile on her face. She is definitely a credit too your company, however maybe you should have 2 people on first thing, if only for safety reasons

Went for lunch today (Tues 23rd Nov). Great cafe, good setting in town, big, comfy, airy with lots of seating and comfy chairs. Food hot and comforting, hot chocolate nice and chocolately (no marshmallows :( bit did have flake instead). Lovely staff too.

We come here every day. The staff are fantastic , they can't be faulted. The service we receive here is second to none.
They are friendly, helpful , genuinely nice people.
But the shop itself is tired and definitely needs some work doing on it.
Would I recommend it , without a doubt .
It might be in need of a lick of paint , but , the welcome the staff give you makes up for that.
