I was really impressed with the whole experience. Upon entering we were asked if we had any allergies and once seated a list of all the allergy risks in the menu. The waiting on staff were very nice and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to feel confident that my meal was safe. We will definitely be coming back soon

We went on on my Daughters birthday, the restaurant and all the staff made her feel so special. Good food, great service and a nice relaxed ambiance. We were looked after by Sophie, she was fantastic and couldn't do enough to help.

Always a fabulous atmosphere at Frankie & Benny's. The service good and staff are always pleasant and friendly, food is always good from the huge choice on the menu, and there are lots of great special offers and promos sent to your phone if you wish to subscribe. Well done F&B's 😁

The food was very good and the service 1st class. Especially the young scouse waitress who was brilliant and even pointed out an 'App' for us which saved us over £30. The music was a welcome change as well, right from my era, the 60's. Will definitely visit again.

Love coming here, great value for money, food is always well presented and hot, the mac and cheese was to die for, so yummy.

Our waitress Dotty was lovely. Drinks are an astronomical price. There was a bit of a wait for food (restaurant wasn't that full) which isn't great when you've got hungry kids but when it came was very tasty. The only thing that let the place down was the state of the toilets, it was only lunch time and they were disgusting especially the ladies (my wife informed me) 2 out of the 4 cubicles were blocked.

Always our favourite place to eat, kids love it too, always great service, staff can't do enough for you. Great selection on menu. Took our daughter for her birthday, she loved it, likes that they sing happy birthday to her and let you eat the birthday cake rather than ordering off the dessert menu. Price is always good too, even better if take advantage of the app to get vouchers. The gobto place when hungry 👍🎂🍝🍽️🍕 crewe restaurant visited
