I purchased a balloon set to celebrate my sons 40th birthday. When at venue I tried to inflate this foil balloon with straw provided to my dismay the balloon had a split in the seam. So was totally useless.

Pay for parking is ridiculous it should be free when you spend over £30 and I couldn't even use the toilets because there was no one who would open the door as it was locked so I cud take my little boy in with me all got was leave him at the customer service desk and go to the toilet. How unprofessional. I will not be visiting your store again

I went in for my click and collect on 22 nd December.
On entering I decided I needed to know how much of my parking ticket I could get refunded. I approached the security person sat behind her station. I said excuse me …. To which she put her palm in the air !!!! She was wearing a head set. At that acknowledgement I walked away to hear the dulcet tones of ,,,,, excuse me I was speaking to someone … she was following me shouting. I turned and said … I don’t speak to the HAND and walked away. I heard her loudly berating me saying her , there , I’m bloody sick of this .
I walked away.
Well Asda if this is the type of person you wish to employ so be it. It was 17,30 so you cDNA check who she was. Older person , glasses and red hair. I’m waiting for my apology. Never again will I shop in there

Canceled home delivery but didn't even let me know, I had to ring to find out we're my delivery was only to be told it had been canceled and the money would take up to 4 days to be returned, HAPPY CHRISTMAS NOT ASDA USE ALDI Or morrisons

The lady blonde hair & glasses at self serve checkouts needs to practice customer service skills, she left me waiting for 10 minutes when I needed help & instead went off to help others who had the same problem straight away, whilst I was stood there & she could see the light flashing telling her I needed assistance, very rude. The staff who I came across in the aisles are lovely & pleasant though.
