At Crewe Station waiting for my train. Lovely staff here at the Uppercrust, v friendly & helpful . Really good baguettes too..might just go back for another one - I'm in holiday mode & normal mealtimes don't apply.

A young lady called BAILEY served me very polite clean and tidy very professional indeed what a star you have there. I was in a bit of a rush she noted this and served my tuna roll crisps and coffee quickly and safely thank you.

I came in for a latte and the gentleman that served me was very pleasant and polite. My coffee was made in a few minutes and I was very happy with the speediness! I will definitely be coming again before my trains.

You had one guy running the entire service. He was heating food and serving drinks like a well oiled machine. Well done and it’s rare to find an efficiently run operation.

I popped in for coffee so I haven't reviewed the food. It's a clean, efficient well-run café which provides an important service to long distance travellers at this key station. The staff are polite and friendly. Great stuff.

Helpful staff, accomodating with my bespoke coffee request and did so with a smile. Son was very pleased with his lemon muffin! 😋

Kath, who's marvelous, at the Upper Crust, served us two banging coffees, just what we needed!
The atmosphere's... well it's an Upper Crust but the coffee was excellent. Also a few charging points around.

Clearly, rail cafes are just for when you are passing through but this one is fine - nice coffee and nice sandwich and pleasant staff. Interior is a little 'tired' but clean.

Staff member friendly and professional. Seating area is abit tired needs a refurb. Prices as always on a train station particularly high.

Great place to get breakfast just before a train and knowing I'll miss lunch. There's a good deal on a pastry and coffee. The breakfast roll is really delicious. The staff seem rushed off their feet.

Needed my phone charging... A kiosk on the station wanted £20.00
In a conversation with Hannah she lent me her personal charger whilst i ate my sandwich... She saved the day....

Staff were amazing, very friendly and waited patiently whilst I was trying to find the words I was looking for ( I'm highly anxious and find it hard to speak sometimes)
