A fabulous little cafe hidden away downstairs in John Lewis. It's not the main John Lewis cafe! This little place has excellent quality coffee. The service is excellent too, staff very helpful. Was quiet when we went, served quickly, plenty of space. Highly recommended.

Good selection of light bites. Kitchen to table service was good and swift but lad behind the till seemed out of place. No greeting/smile grumpy as hell. Tables needed a good clean but given it was early afternoon on a Saturday I guess it’s understandable.

Very disappointed again, I always enjoyed a Long Black decaf, however over the last 3 visits I have sent it back, it has no flavour or strength, even with an extra shot not good . Please change your brand!!! Service is always good, I didn’t mind waiting as coffee was so good, but not any more.
