Great atmosphere. The server was very professional and friendly. The food was great, too . First time going here, but I will definitely be returning.
Classic friendly traditional meals, think shepherds pie and old school crumble and custard like good school dinners! Lovely swift service, generous portions.

Food and service were both good. The place was pretty warm and could have done with a fan to move some air. I was surprised they didn't have any local ales to try but that didn't detract too much from the food. Good portion size and value for money. Solid, traditional fayre.
We were in Cromer on a very quiet Monday night in April and looked up the best place to eat, and The Garden Street Grill came up. We received a warm welcome and seated straight away.
I had the special which was a pork chop, which was very tasty and a very generous portion.

The staff were happy to go to the kitchen to ask the chef if he could accommodate my requirements, which he was happy to :0).

After reading all the great reviews on the The Garden Street Grill we thought we had better try it, and we were not disappointed. We both had the Prawn Cocktail then i had Sirlon ( medium rare )and my other half had the Chilli Burger. After polishing off our meals we both said it was a very nice mea
Had fish and chips with peas, superb! Service was good, managed to accommodate us even though they were very busy. We definitely need to go back to try the other various dishes on the menu. Tables cleaned after every sitting. Thank you to the staff and chef for a great service and food.
Nice place for lunch! Pies are amazing also good selection on the menu, the only let down was the Cromer crab salad was not to the tast I would normally expect but overall good food!
A lovely restaurant with a good selection of food. Portion sizes are excellent and the food is well cooked and presented. The atmosphere is good, the staff are lovely. The rice pudding was just delicious!

We loved our crabs here. Hubby and sis in law had the cooked crabs and I the cold crab salad, all deliciously prepared. The staff even went an extra mile to call a cab for us. Highly recommended.
