The best fish and chips I have ever eaten and I am old and have been about! Batter light as a feather and really tasty...mushy peas, curry sauce both lovely...staff friendly and happy, restaurant and all facilities immaculately clean! Love this place, we will return!

Huge portion of plaice, plenty of chips and some minted mushy peas for me. Scampi and chips for the daughter. Four Norfolk No1 lagers which are pretty good. Including service £56. All the food was excellent. Bit quiet but it was early Tuesday at the end of April. Will I go again. Yes

One of the nicest venues selling the most delicious fish and chips I've had the pleasure to visit. Well appointed, with glorious views, friendly and welcoming staff and extremely good quality food. Picture taken after I'd already begun to tuck in. 😊

Been here a few times and every time the food and service has been outstanding.
The takeaway side is busy from the minute it opens, and the restaurant is as busy.. The cod is to die for, a nice crispy thin batter, not dripping in oil. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely incredible food. Despite people queuing out of the door we were seated and served promptly with no issues. I don’t usually like battered fish but the fish burger was simply delicious as too was the perfectly paired seasonal ale.
Also worth mentioning that one of the staff ran after me down the street in the cold after I had left my bag under the table - great people, great food.

Able to walk in for a table, and was seated quickly.
Range of food was impressive and my partner opted for two starters in place of a main. Portion sizes were good and the food was exceptionally tasty!
Tempura Prawns were good and the Moroccan Cauliflower was excellent. Would recommend, although some items had higher than expected prices (cauliflower was £15 and a side of chips were £4)

We booked No.1 Cromer last minute for 6 adults and 6 children to get some quick fish and chips. It’s more than just a fish bar. The food here is great and they have a wonderful menu. Nice and spacious, warm and friendly with spectacular views of Cromer pier.
We would definitely return for more.
The children loved the chips served with a bucket and spade each.
The fish was beautifully cooked and very fresh.
