What an amazing place. This was our second visit and we weren't disappointed and only a wander up the main street. We had a wonderful warm welcome warm from the owners Philip and Caroline as we entered. They have certainly got things right... It's little gem of a place with comfy sofa's and chairs to kick back and relax and a mix of interesting coffee tables! (All locally made). The Sunday papers where at hand if you want them. When you first walk in you think it's tiny but there's the front bit, the main room then a totally snug room towards the back of the place. The huge selection locally sourced teas and coffee are amazing ... We had two different teas in lovely little pots with a timer for timing the tea brewing to perfection. And the coffee smelt amazing (roll over Starbucks) The cakes were divine and just like 'granny' used to make. I couldn't believe the offering of gluten free cakes either ... What a joy! The choice of freshly made sandwiches and panini were lovely plus you could add chutneys, sauces and salad leaves if you wanted them 'for free'. OMG the scotch egg with runny yolk and local chutney are to die for, my partner had one and we almost fought over it! Next time we must go earlier for lunch (we'll skip chips on the front)? and have the soup and casserole of the day.. The dishes we saw going out to others looked more than yummy. The loo's are brill too.. All entered through mock beach hut facades... Very Cromer! What a fab find. Highly recommended

Being lucky enough to live in Cromer we come into Henry's quite a lot and it's now a firm favourite! The cakes are lovely, a fab selection of gluten & dairy free cakes (working in hospitality I'm prone to noticing these things) and the staff are brilliant, friendly and even remember I like raspberry jam instead of strawberry with my scones ! I can't recommend Henrys enough!

Amazing local and a special find! Only open since May and doing phenomenally well. Superb service, delicious food and amazing chef. My burger was incredible, one of the best I've had, they told me it was sourced from a local butcher. Amazing selection of cakes which we took out. We also bought one of the artworks from the artist that does the incredible resin art display on the walls, definitely worth a visit!

Visited in hotel recommendation and so glad we did. Had 3 courses and they were all delicious. Loved the bubble n squeak with bacon and poached egg starter. Belly pork and crab mornay mains were delicious. Both too full when left! Best meal out for a long time! Faultless service and great value ♡♡♡♡♡

Visited this completely on the off chance while popping to see a friend in Cromer and it is hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve visited in the last few years across Norfolk and Suffolk. One of the highest levels of service I have ever received in a restaurant - all staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful and has been decorated fantastically - would highly recommend a window seat to watch the world go by. The food was absolutely incredible - not an overcrowded menu, but still a wide ranging selection - everything we ordered was a taste journey, with great flavour combinations, quality ingredients and cooked to absolute perfection. Highly recommend the pork belly, and sirloin - along with the passion fruit brûlée. All of this was at a 100% reasonable price, would happily pay a further 50% on what we paid for the quality alone! Can’t believe I haven’t come across this restaurant that is so local to me before, will definitely be back soon!

Went to eat in here for quickest instead of walking around. Lovely little restaurant, lovely service alto it felt rushed no water was offered and used our starter knife and fork again for our main meal. Over Cooked Hullumie fries thick batter and cheese wasent stringy it was solid. All in all nice meal but wouldn't use again.

Really lovely little Bistro. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. All our food was superb, the Tempura prawns were plentiful and totally edible with no bits of shell left on under the batter. The belly pork and Beef Ragu were also delicious. Shall definitely be eating here again when next in Cromer.

The Cromer crab cakes were amazing and the salad was generous, very fresh and delicious. I was dining solo and the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I loved the ambience - the lighting and music were perfect. I also liked that the tables were not too crowded together. A smart bistro with a talented kitchen! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Cromer.

This restaurant is an absolute find! From the moment we stepped in the door we were looked after so well by the ladies that served us. So welcoming and genuine. The food was outstanding. The crab linguine is something that has to be tried! Would highly recommend to anyone in and around Cromer!

On recommendation we ate here tonight. The welcome was delightful as was the initial table service. Crab cakes were delicious, crab linguine fabulous and the sea bass excellent. The small menu does not disappoint, there's something there for all tastes. Dessert menu was requested and this is where the service did disappoint. We waited 25 minutes for an order to be taken, which didn't happen. Never mind, but I did like the sound of Gordon's Eton Mess! We left extremely happy with our meal, just a little disappointed with the final service. This is a super little gem of a bistro in Cromer and well worth booking a table!

Excellent restaurant in Cromer. Service is good and food is top quality. The Tuesday Tapas menu is authentic and great. The King Prawn starter and Crab cake starter are excellent as is the steak burger. We will continue to visit the restaurant.
