Beautiful setting, the grounds were very well kept and the room was very romantic, perfect place to lay your head for the night if you're on a short trip. Staff were a little understaffed, we had to wait at reception to check out for some time before anyone responded to us. The food was 3*, there's not much selection in cromer anyway.

Beautiful setting with breathtaking views but the bar prices are way too expensive. Everyone at the function we attended all agreed that the bar prices were extremely expensive and this was the reason some people left early and others vowed never to go there again. Lower your drink prices and your customers would spend more.......makes sense 😉

I was presenting at an event organised by Genix on the subject of Google and websites. Arrived early and had a really great full English breakfast with toast and whatever we wanted from the breakfast bar. Later on, having 'performed' and having a great time I had a great fish and chip meal. Great value an quality. Staff magnificent and proactive in looking after us

Even the Kippers were smiling.... Been here once and we will be back. Had to attend for an event, great space for meetings and topped off with some of the friendliest and most welcoming of staff. Quaint main building filled with pictures of its historic past. I went for the Norfolk kippers at breakfast, superb local produce. A lovely part of Norfolk and a great place to head back to after a day out on the coast.

Went for afternoon tea for a friend's birthday, very pleasant staff and good food. One thing that was a little strange was an L shaped table and there were 16 ish of us one pot of tea down one end of the table and one pot of coffee down the other end wasn't the best would have been better to have a pot of each both ends, also would have been better to have mixed platters of sandwiches as one end ate all of the salmon ones and there was a lot of passing back and forth of sandwiches. As I have said though was a lovely place with very friendly staff.

Good food in the restaurant. Service at table was acceptable. No other dinner guests at the time of our visit on a mid-winter Monday. The rooms are large with freesat TV. Cleaning is good. Bathrooms are well provided. Breakfast has both hot and cold options and the chef is willing to consider additional requests if available while not on the menu. Location is quiet with lots of parking space.
