After a disappointing previous visit, mainly due to cleanliness of the eating area and plates, we gave the place another chance and visit and must say standards have been improved. Clearly they do take customer concerns seriously.

Excellent, takeaway breakfast, had the largest, will last me three meals. Beautiful 😛. Not at all greasy, well cooked. A*.

This is a supermarket cafe and as such has the usual fare. I have always had a good meal here and have no complaints about the food its always freshly prepared (if having a hot meal), the coffee could do with being stronger, but that's really a personal gripe. Seating is plentiful, not too cramped, I just wish there was more of a division between the cafe and the tills. The noise from the supermarket side of things can be a bit overpowering and on busy days really loud. The service is fairly prompt and tables are cleared if you are unable to carry the trays to the racks. As a stop either before or after your shopping I'd recommend it as the food is good and fairly priced.

Fish & Chips today was excellent, much better than last week when they ran out. However the coffee machine broke down and there were no spoons for the replacement instant stuff. Very difficult to measure coffee with a fork. Do better next time and you'll get 5 stars.

Good food, reasonable prices and friendly, helpful staff. Choose your time carefully as it gets busy. Like all supermarket cafés it is a little noisy but you don't go there for the ambiance.
