Lovely food, £100 per family of 4 with a few drinks. Service took some time, we had reservations for 630 and left at 8:15 with no starters. However, they did knock 10% off the final bill

Excellent customer service especially when I was supporting a disabled guy on his holiday in Cromer Awesome atmosphere. Paid my compliments to the chef. The lasagna was banging.

Middle range menu well priced in excellent location overlooking the sea. Effort is made to dress up the food which is nice, servers were friendly and got everything right. We were there with no booking, off-peak time 4pm and sat in one of the three windows. Place is clean & modern, not swanky or sumptuous, our food was well prepared and good value, outlook to the sea is a winner for a seaside day trip on a grey day in September.

Lovely food very tasty definitely worth a visit for the food although they had run out of alot of items on the menu. Service was very slow and the sides we ordered never arrived even though we enquired about them twice. Staff were friendly. Service was very slow that we were told when clearing the plates that the kitchen was now closed we wouldn't be able to have dessert. Our table was booked for 7.15pm!!!!

We had not booked anywhere for an evening meal and after visiting several restaurants in the town we were struggling to find somewhere that had tables available, we stumbled on Lily Mais and so glad we did, the friendly staff greeted us and showed us to a table (some tables have great views of the sea and pier) We were served promptly, and the service was excellent. We ordered sea food platter, steak and ribs and Lilys classic burger and we all enjoyed it!. Reasonably priced for a good standard restaurant, would recommend it.

We stumbled upon this place when realising we had 8 people in our party on a busy lunchtime so couldn't find anywhere to eat. Lily-Mai's is kind of hidden as a random door on the street saying restaurant. We took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. It is a formal dining experience but at lunch time we had the kids straight from the beach and didn't feel completely underdressed. The kids all ordered from the children's menu and enjoyed it. The chicken goujons could have been larger for then. It had 2 but i think 3 would have been reasonable especially next to the kids burger which was far more filling. The adults all had the Classic burger and it was great. Good quality meat and house relish, the slaw had a bit of dill and the salad dressed nicely. Just the little extras that elevate a standard burger to something really good.
