Applebee's

The only reason for the four stars is the server. Bryan was an awesome server! He is super polite and professional. He seems genuinely concerned with the quality of his service, the food and your happiness with your experience. Great job Bryan! And no we don't know him. This is the first time we've ever met him. Without him the rating would have been two stars. The food is ok but my drink cup had some creamy streak of stuff going down the inside of it. It looked like ranch. Bryan was super apologetic about it and got both of us new, clean cups. Thank you Bryan. You are an excellent server!

Dined in. This is the first time to this Applebee’s in several years. In years past it wreaked of cigarette smoke but NOT anymore. I went at 3:00 pm and ordered off the lunch menu. I ordered the Southwestern Salad w/grilled chicken it was fresh and delicious. My guest ordered the steak with 2 sides of broccoli. The steak was thick and cooked as requested. It came out hot and fresh. Jacq was our server who was friendly and gave excellent service. I will be returning.

This was the first time we have been to this Applebee's, and it's the first time we weren't 100% pleased with our visit. Our drinks didn't have enough alcohol in them to even give us a buzz after drinking two, and we rarely drink. We were told that's how the drinks are and they couldn't add anymore alcohol to them. The A/C was broken and it was so hot in there. The food tasted just okay. Our table was split into two tickets and after three tries, they still didn't have it split correctly. We won't ve going back to this Applebee's, that's for sure.

This place has really good food and the service was spot on. I met my wife and granddaughter here for dinner. I don't understand why everyone is giving this place any bad reviews. I think people just want to gripe about everything. I would definitely recommend this place to eat. Try this place out before listening to bad reviews from others.
