Always good to find a village pub with a great range of cask ales and serving food that’s open seven days a week. Top class staff make it an enjoyable visit. A real pleasure to drink here and a well deserved regular entry in the Good Beer Guide.
My partner and i had lunch here last Saturday, we had gammon and a fish burger , absolutely superb food, gammon was huge and very well cooked, and the fish burger was enormous, we ate outside in the sunshine, service was excellent and efficient ,polite staff, altogether a great experience, will definitely be returning soon!!
