Food was okay but there was not much pork (maybe under 5 pieces?) compared to chicken and shrimp
Overall, very comfortable environment and nice staffs

Today was our second time of eating in the restaurant and both times we have absolutely loved it. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, today the owner was there and made the time to chat with us before we ordered. The food was absolutely delicious. This is now a favourite of ours and a restaurant we will recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much, Dragon Chinese, we will be back.

We had a family meal to celebrate my mum's birthday at this restaurant. The service was exemplary as was the food.
The staff were very attentive and courteous, Making it a really special evening for all.
I would highly recommend eating in or taking away.
Thank you Dragon staff 😁😁

Went to celebrate moving house. Pleasant restaurant. Excellent and friendly service without being overpowering and food was great and in decent portions - we both ate too much! Highly recommended. Price was very reasonable.

Fast drinks on arrival, next meal straight after the previous! A* service!
Decent size portions, not stingy. Food presented delicately and clear-effort been made for each/every dish.

Excluding the Covid lockdown, (it subsequently being delivery/takeaway orders for a considerable period) my wife and I dined at the nicely appointed Dragon Chinese Restaurant 'off and on' between 2019-mid 2022 before we moved away from London. We experienced polite, considerate service every time we dined there and the various dishes we choose from their fairly wide-ranging menu have proved consistently enjoyable.

I have been going to Dragons for at least 15 years, and not once have I been disappointed with the food. Even after moving up North, I would still make a point to visit Dragon when I was in London. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for. I tried to visit last weekend and was excited for the duck to find out that the restaurant was closed! Google says they are open but the store is closed for refurbishment until further notice.
On this occasion is was a wasted trip and I was utterly disappointed that they failed to make it clear that they were closed online.

Friendly staff, great crispy seaweed, yummy Singapore noodles, great spring rolls- a fair amount of vegetarian/ vegan things on the menu.
The portions are a bit smaller than you'd expect, but it's nice to be able to order a few different dishes.
I really enjoyed and will be back for that classic Chinese vibe

Went down to the Dragon Chinese Restaurant after seeing the menu and reviews online. The staff were very friendly and conversational. As I was one of the first if not the first person in when they opened, I really couldn't comment on atmosphere, but the food was really nice.. I guess they'll be seeing me again soon.. Possibly early New Year.

Came for a lunch out and had the very good lunch deal. Nothing fancy but loads of velvety beef in the beef noodles, spring rolls were crisp and hot and prawn dumplings good too. Sichuan pork was maybe under powered for me but that's nitpicking.
Lovely owners, decent food at a good price and the kids loved it.
Recommend going in rather than takeaway because it's just a very pleasant place to be.

We love Dragon! We get take away most weeks, the guys are so kind and friendly to our whole family, taking care to remember our order and ensure they make us bespoke noodles just how we like them :) The food is delicious. It was especially a huge highlight of the week over lockdown. Highly recommend!

As a Cantonese speaker, albeit London born, I found the interaction with the staff interesting as they also spoke Cantonese but seemed to insist on speaking to me in English. Anyhow, the food my family ordered was absolutely delicious and authentic to the kind of flavours and textures that can be found and ordered in the best Chinatown restaurants in Central London without the Central London prices. MY family of 13 in the group ordered a la carte and paid the equivalent of less than £15 per head inc. 10 percent service charge. A wonderful way of celebrating a combined Father's Day four with a significant birthday thrown in. Thank you Dragon Restaurant Crouch End.

I go here very often as I really enjoy the food and the staff, if you are lucky, can be pretty friendly :p. I think I was impressed for the Chinese New Year when they had a dragon going around the tables and tried to share a bit of their culture with the clients which was very nice.<br/>The food is always good and the service quick so I can recommend to anyone who lives in that area.

When comparing to the Jade Palace, another Chinese restaurant in Crouch End, the Dragon doesn't particularly come out on top. Agreeably it is bigger, and therefore special better for a sit down meal. But their menu is more expensive and there is less choice.
