I hate how crowded it is, although they do get your drink to you fast. they should also lower the prices of the cups you can buy cause 14 quid for a cup is atrocious but the drinks are nice and made fast, that's my only complaint
The food is like in any Starbucks, but the staff are superfriendly and warm, always ready to help with any special requests, always smiling, even when under pressure, they are polite and respectful even when confroted by abusive customers.
The restaurant and toilet is cleaned regularly and always look spotless.
I keep coming back because of the staff.
This branch of Starbucks at Centrale Shopping Centre is well hidden.
Had I not ventured upstairs I would not have discovered it.
It is nice and quiet hence a great place to relax and have a drink.

Shops clean staff look presentable and friendly has Wi-Fi. The cabinets full of different varieties of sandwiches and cakes. nice to have a quick catch up with friends can get pretty busy at weekends.
