Quality of food is very good but slightly expensive. Located in prime area in Croydon. Vegan roasted vegetable sausage was too good and apricot crossiant was delicious.

Staff are mostly really lovely and friendly here. The music however is annoying most of the time....actually first thing in the morning most of all!

Good atmosphere. Clean. The Coffee cake was tasty and delicious. Ran into problem getting my voucher to work. It appears phone network reception maybe poor within the store.

I really like buying coffee from Jean because she is so sweet like my mocha! When I finished my coffee, I said thank you, it was fantastic and jean showed me the way out with a smile 😊 I will definitely be back with some biscuits for jean! We have a right laugh in the morning before I start work. I work at nandos next door so I will deffo be giving jean a discount because I really like her. I love how clean the cafe is. I like how the staff smile at me. Thank you 5 stars

Always a place where I feel comfortable. The staff here will not look at you like you bother them, ever.
No matter if you order in or take away and want to sit for few minutes, no one will scold you for that. (It is though - common sense - to tidy up after yourself if you have a take away cup and use the sitting area. My opinion only 🤷)
And the toilet it always clean and smell free. Which you might not care, but I have been visiting this place for few years and I can tell you for nothing that it means a lot for a mum with a young kid.
So do you want to enjoy a nice cup of something and/or a bite, give this place a go. It's worth it.
P.S. I am not affiliated with this brand, though I always appreciate common sense, brilliant customer service and great value of the products I am served.

A typical cafe Nero's with the normal range of coffee and food to eat. Staff are always friendly and polite. You can usaually find a table and even during the busy commuter times the queue are not normally that bad. It's location two minutes from East Croydon station mean it is a good place to hold informal work meetings and or stop off to do work while in transit. The Wi-Fi signal is good.

I spent a year in here most days when starting up my business. Yes I was one of those guys who buys 1 drink and sits there for hours....
Really friendly staff but they change around a lot. I can understand why as it's incredibly busy here.
Has plug sockets for laptop and good wifi so that helps a lot.

Coffee shop. The food here, is not worth rating its pre packed sandwiches, heated up in panini machines, very average and not very tasty. the coffee and service here is poor , I get the feeling no one who works here ever drinks the coffee or eats the food, poor to bad, other branches get it right more often than this one

I don't mind coffee shops, but cafe Nero's never seemed all that good. They are just as expensive as Costa and Starbucks, but the coffee isn't anything better than what you can buy it the Cheaper AMT coffee in the station just up the road. It's alright, but Id prefer costa or Starbucks.
