Phoned yesterday morning as oil light came on ‘too much oil’ was told to bring in car the following morning around 8am. Arrived at 815am, my car was looked at within 5 minutes. The mechanic drained 1.5L of oil out my car for me, checked it was all okay before handing me the keys. The staff were really helpful, the mechanic was amazing and I am forever grateful for the service I received. Thank you so much. 😊

Came in after my GLE failed its MOT at Mercedes and was advised I needed two new tyres. Halfords Croydon were brilliant & honest one tyre needed doing, the other did not. Took back to Mercedes for its MOT, advised the above from halfords and it passed surprisingly! They saved me a fair bit of money so thank you!

It was first time I've used Halfords Autocentre Croydon and like all first timers you get worried. I had taken my Volvo v40 for MOT& Service. After 3 hours my MOT & service was completed. Not only was i pleased with the turn round time in completion. But the friendly and welcoming staff felt like I've known the garage for years. In addition, I was offered money off which was a real bonus. Big thank you to Ben, Paul & Billy. I will be back and hope to see you guys soon in my next Mot & Service schedule.

It was my second time getting MOT done at Halfords(Stafford Road). Handed over the car 10 mins before the appointment and it took 1hr 20 mins for the test to complete. There is a waiting area and a business centre (pod) which I believe is for people those who want to use laptops and work while waiting for MOT/Car repair. Price wise I think they are very competitive especially when you compare with BMW authorised centres/Showrooms. If you leave your car there at the garage, I believe they will call you as soon as the test is complete and although I was there on site, I received an email confirmation saying that the car is ready for collection and another email following that with an invoice and health certificate. I also received a printed copy of the certificate. Overall a good experience and I will certainly use them again.

Took my car for MOT and service . Reasonable price but as always they find something that needs fixing . 2 new tyres needed too. So not that cheap in the end , but needed to be done. Car returned same day , but had to go back as they didn't have the two tyres I needed. All being said I would go there again , one small complaint is that they say they will call you but my experience was I had to call them. But some say I'm a little impatient , so no biggie.
