Went tonight to the Cardiff JRC Global Buffet with my other half for the first time ever and both of us said one of the best meals we've had in a long time. We both got a free glass of wine because of a voucher we each had, the staff were friendly and explained to us about what to do with plates etc when finished, promt with clearing tables also and the food was amazing. Definitely going back again and have already recommended it to family and will continue to do so.

Celebrated me and my lovers anniversary here and it was amazing. So many options to pick. Although some staff didn’t know much English they were still super nice. Everything was honestly worth its price compared to much they offered. Drinks was an addition charge but their sections were decent. Though with reservation, we still had to wait another 20 minutes just to get in. Another problem would be them not having enough staff to help clean up the table and floor perhaps because honestly considering how busy he business is, you’d expect them to hire more people to clean the toilet and refill the toilet rolls and soap. Floors were dirty such as noodle strand almost everywhere. Other than that it was a pleasant experience to celebrate 🍾

Came here for Mothers Day Lunch with my family and It went down nicely. I've been here before so knew what to expect, it's a buffet restaurant, it was extremely busy as you can expect as it was Mothers day & it's vital you book on occasions especially as the walk in - non reservation line was so long I couldn't understand how people didn't book. Everything was open today for lunch- meaning all areas were serving, and the live cooking station for fresh seafood. Lovely selection of food and 100% you will find something you like, Sushi - Japanese - Thai - Indian - Roast - Chinese - Pizza - Desserts - Chocolate Fountain - Slush £23 a head also £12 for Children or any children under 90cm go free. Birthday meal for free on your actual Birthday. You pay extra for drinks though, I do believe refillable drinks should be included in this but it is what it is and you get those yourselves, service is non existent. Overall good food /atmosphere Id come again.

We visited without a reservation because we had missed our timeslot. The waiting time was estimated at 30 minutes yet we had waited up to 1 hour for us to be admitted. Upon arrival, they give you an entry ticket to use at the gate. We had a windowsill seat. No plugs. The buffet area had a selfserve kitchen, continental booths for specific food, and a drinks table. The toilets were badly maintained, with toilet tissue on the floor and seat, water and other fluids on the floor. The sinks parallel to the drinks table were clean. The layout of the tables cause people to shuffle past chairs, sometimes causing gridlocking. We had stayed for an hour, and were pretty satisfied with the food.

I have been to JRC for years and it is brilliant. The amount of variety you get for the money you pay is definitely worth it. The mains are good quality and plenty of choice, I will admit the desserts are definitely the weak part - even though there are quite a few options they are not the best quality but overall the cost is a bargain for the money you pay. Highly recommend.

We showed up with no booking on Friday. The place was super busy but still managed to get the table. I've been craving prawns for a while and wasn't disappointed with the choice: grilled, cooked, deep fried etc. Decent beef too. Staffs were polite and friendly. Overall good value for money and experience similar to all you can eat holiday hotels. Will be back!

I booked 1 month prior to my arrival. At the time i had up to 15 confired persons and 2 unconfirmed, the person on the phone said i can make the bookings for the confirmation persons and i could change that number at anytime. When we get to the location we explained that 2 persons has Covid and 1 couldn't make it so we will only have 12 person but at the time only 8 was on location the other 4 people were on their way, the short man at the door was so rude and saying we have to have 15 persons to go in. The matter was resolved by another worker. The meals was a nice variety, food was delicious and the dessert was on point. You are able to get bottomless for £3.50 per person and £25 per adult and £12 per child. we got 1.5 hours to dine and eat as much as you can. Nice little family spot to eat. Buffet was replenished very often. Bathroom was maintained it was smelly, i was disappointed witht he condition of the bathroom.

Good place. They should provide atleast a jug of water. You have to buy any drinks except tap water. They had good options of food selections. Desserts collection was also good. Chocolate fountain with marshmallow.

Been there a lot. Nice place. Gets busy and nosy sometimes. Birthdays are free. Have fun and invite friends. There are choices of food so most likely you will not go out hungry.
