It was my birthday yesterday and me and my partner went to Ponte Nuovo for dinner.
The food was amazing and you just can tell it’s proper Italian food (I had fish risotto)
The staff there were amazing and so attentive!

Came in here not knowing what to expect at all, not one to eat in Croydon and as a first time experience it was absolutely amazing.
Peppe showed fantastic service and was very diligent in ensuring we were happy with everything. Not once did I feel we had any issues getting what we needed and actually, initiative was taken to provide what we needed before even needing to be asked.

The staff, always welcoming, always friendly and great memories too.
The food, I've had various dishes, and they have all been good, even the steak and wine days are great.
Been here quite a few times since moving to the area and have enjoyed each experience, the front of house as well as the very friendly chefs are well worth your time to visit and it's not too expensive either.

Visited on Friday for an anniversary date night.
The food and service was exceptional.
I had the mussels to start and chicken salad and could not fault the dishes. I was even left too full for desert.
Very reasonably priced. And the house red went down a treat.
The restaurant was relatively quite for a Friday evening. Which was a surprise.. it’s well worth a visit! I’ll definitely be going back.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! Very beautiful decor and excellent service! My main course (Linguine Marinara) was full of beautiful seafood, maybe a bit salty for me, but I really enjoyed the majority of the food and the drinks too. The cheesy garlic bread was especially to die for!

Lovely experience, the staff were amazing, our waiter Beppe was great, extremely attentive and helpful, he made the experience even better, and even befriended the baby who was following him around. My dearest university professor came to London to visit my family. I knew Croydon had a famous Italian restaurant and Ristorante Bar Ponte Nuovo. I booked a table for 4 without any hesitation. When I arrived there, I found many passionate staffs were singing birthday song to the customers here. The atmosphere and services here were fantastic. We loved the pasta, pizzas, garlic bread and dessert here. I loved the chilling alcoholic beverages very much. I'll recommend here for those who want to have a good Italian dinning experience.
