Went for the first time to a beginners class, was a little bit nervous on what it would be like, really glad I went! Staff were super friendly and helpful. A challenging class but very rewarding. I went from feeling lethargic and low to energised! I’ll definitely come back!

I've never been a gym-goer in the past however this gym is an exception. Friendly coaches and staff and there is always a welcoming presence. Affordable membership fees are also a bonus. Best gym in the area in my opinion and very female friendly.

Amazing gym and great workout! I started coming a year ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. They offer a range of classes for all abilities as well as women only sessions.
Exceptional coaches get to know you and push you in the right way to help you get the most out of every session. They provide instant feedback to help improve your technique along with constant support and encouragement.
The workouts are tough but rewarding, I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended if you want to keep fit, loss weight, and to be trained by a boxing pro- coach. You are given good advice and will be encouraged to do what you need to concentrate on. This Croydon boxing Gym is all you want with everything you need from a pro coach and a great environment with all equipment needed to take advantage for your own well being of fitness.

After searching for a good boxing gym to start training I ended up here! The coach is very able to teach everyone according to their particular skills, what makes it easier for you to learn.
His technical advise is awesome and that makes me improve very fast.
I love training here cause I got fit in a very short time and everytime I come it feels like my second home.
