Visited recently after seeing a post on Facebook. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and me and my friends went through the cocktails! Staff were friendly and enjoyed the boxing! Will be back for a lunch date soon.

Good beer, good selection to choose from and good food; but the best nights are when Gill is working. Great service, and so lovely to speak to and gets to know everyone personally to provide the best service. An absolute asset to the place.

Can't find the management email address but Gill/Jill (don't know the spelling!) was working on Sunday evening & a stranger acted a little strangely towards me - she came over & told me that if I was uncomfortable then to tell her & she would deal with it. Really appreciated her care after a long day & always enjoy a place that looks after their customers.
I've been here often & not had an issue with strangers like this so it's good to know that on one-off situations the staff are trained on how to help 🥰

Haven't been in for a while now but popped in today with a buddy & we both really liked what we found, the staff where very friendly, the all day breakfast was lovely (decent price too) and worked off food with a bit of sport on the pool table of which there's not too many left in the town centre... reckon this pub may have just found two new regulars 😃

I've found this spot some time ago, frankly it needs a mention. Easily one of the most under rated venues in Croydon. The staff are down to earth, helpful and add a vibrant splash of colour to the place, those they come into contact with love them. Thanks in particular to Amanda and Zoe for their service, made my visit extra special. Will update with further visit and share for one and all. People give them a try!! ❤️

Just ate here and felt like I had to write a review because the service was so good!! I had the quorn buttermilk chicken with curry sauce and chips and it was delicious. The lady that served me was so kind and friendly, she made me feel so welcomed. I’ll be coming back to try the cauli wings!!
