The Chicago Rib Shack

The order took a while but the waitress was lovely and provided us all a complimentary drink (hard or soft). As we weren't in a rush we didn't mind waiting. The beef rib was delicious. Moist and tender; worth the wait. If your in a hurry I would try something else. You can't get a massive moist slow cooked beef rib unless it's precooked, microwaved and tough on arrival! So be patient, drink and enjoy the meal!

A bit of a wait but we'll worth it for the beef ribs. The whole family went for the beef ribs and an array of different sides. The ribs were amazing. Tasty and melt in your mouth. An impressive size as well. Friendly staff and nice shakes to round it off. Not five star due to the wait and restricted menu choices. Probably because it was Sat evening and Ire Vs Eng six Nations

I was recommended to eat here by some colleges, so I decided to try it out today with my mate. The pig mac burger of the month is to die for its a bit sloppy but the taste overrides everything I throughly enjoyed my burger, my friend had the big mic that was also very enjoyable. The staff are also friendly and provided extra serviettes and wet wipes as we got a bit messy. Will definitely be returning, you’ll be seeing me very soon! Thanks guys

Came here for lunch today with my partner we sat inside to eat, the food was absolutely fantastic, best ranch sauce I’ve ever tasted. And the main event the ribs where so delicious and juicy!. Last but not least the service was amazing and energetic both young ladies who worked there were really pleasant, I will defiantly be back!

Visited box park today and decided to order from the take away counter at Chicago rib shack, the server informed me they had run out of baby back ribs even though I wanted to order the ribs and wings combo , she then gave me an alternative and for a little extra to get St. Louis ribs with wings. The best decision I’ve made this year is too listen to the young lady who served me the food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be returning Don’t listen to the negatives the food and service is brilliant!

Thankyou to the lovely young lady who went and personally made me my veggie burger after a chef telling her they had ran out, I forgot to ask her name but she was so considerate, at first she offered me the nachos as a replacement but I told her I was hungry and i needed something to fill me up. Both the ladies serving were pleasant a big thankyou for making me my delicious veggie crunch!

I had to leave a review, I previously visited the Wandsworth branch and did not enjoy my experience so me and my husband tried the box park Croydon branch on Thursday I got better service from the counter at box park than I got from a table at Wandsworth the two girls where do lovely and welcoming informing us we could sit inside the restaurant or outside in the box park we chose to sit outside. We picked up our food and the chef was incredibly polite. I had a big mic burger and my husband had the St. Louis ribs the food is so delicious. We will definitely be returning to the Croydon Chicago rib shack and we will definitely sit inside next time! Thank you for your lovely service food was delicious!

I came here last week with my cousin and we really enjoyed our experience. We were served by Kaila and Chloe. Kaila recommended ribs and i found it perfect however my cousin thought it was a bit salty. Overall we were very satisfied with the costumer service and we will recommend it to friends and family.
