Came in to get my usual cookies and I prefer them when they’re super soft but unfortunately the ones in the window weren’t so I was gonna leave and the guy working Faisal went and got me fresh soft ones from the back instead of shrugging it of which made my day! so great service & hygiene from subway which is definitely a positive for croydon!

Haven't been to much subway since I never saw a halal subway outside Middle East. But was lucky to find this one in Croydon. Nothing special about the store. Food is ok, customer service is good. The only problem is location. If not for the maps, I would have never found this restaurant. It's not quite in a place which is very easy to find.

The best subway. Always perfect. Never to hot or cold like other subway i have visited. Great customer service. The manger always helpful. I been going to thus sub for years.

Very nice ambience. Staff is educated and well mannered. They welcome you as a special guest. The food highly delicious and healthy. Customer service is great and have a rapid response. Highly Recommended.

Nice staff that seem to put up with rude customers very well!! Been in 3 times and 3 times customers have been very rude but staff kept their cool. Delicious food!! Only thing is I wasn’t made aware of loyalty points!! Cross about that
